Roadmaps. Ceremonies. PRDs. Are we having an identity crisis?

ProductCamp 2026, Session Proposals

The rituals that define our discipline are changing fast. Agents can draft a PRD in minutes. Roadmaps flex to keep up with tools that evolve weekly. Ceremonies built to coordinate humans are shifting as AI takes on more of that coordination itself. Disorienting, yes, but also an opening.

This session is an invitation to redefine product leadership: not treating AI as a threat, but as leverage for what matters most. What can we hand off entirely? Where does AI make us sharper and faster? And where does our judgment, taste, and read on people still do something no agent can replicate?

Come ready to trade ideas, not just concerns. We’ll talk through what’s genuinely working when teams treat AI as a partner in the discipline, what’s still uniquely ours, and what a job looks like that we’re excited to grow into.

Adriana Cebotar is a Manager of Products at Insight Global, where she leads Recruiting and Consultant Engagement products, and a team of Product Managers, driving recruiter productivity through AI-enablement. Before Insight Global, she spent 14 years at Microsoft across various roles in Customer Success Engineering, Azure Marketing, and Cloud & AI — working across SMB customer success, M365 onboarding, Copilot and AI integration, and product-led growth through A/B experimentation.

She’s spent her career at the intersection of product strategy and the people actually using the product, and she’s currently focused on what it means to lead a product team through a moment when the tools, the workflows, and the job itself are all changing at once.

ProductCamp Atlanta is a collaborative, participant-organized professional unconference, focused on Product Management, Marketing and UX topics. What’s great is the variety of sessions that are offered by our attendees. You’ll have the option to select from several different sessions throughout the day. We need you to share your insights in a panel, workshop, or presentation.
