DESCRIPTION
TOWNHALL: Perhaps you’re a startup without a budget, or you are in a larger org that just hasn’t prioritized UX in the past. How can you work towards making your product more usable without the full time UX resources at your disposal? We’ll present some ideas, and then open up the floor for discussion.
PRESENTER BIO
Shannon Bauman was indoctrinated in the UX world during his time getting an HCI degree from Tech. Following that, he was a Product Manager at Google, and is now Head of Products at Pendo.
Todd Olson has had leadership roles at companies large and small, including VP of Product Management at Rally Software, and now leads the team at Pendo as CEO.
