Most, if not all, of what we do as Product Managers on product development teams also applies to helping organizations evolve to become even better at what they do. I’ve had the opportunity to experience this first-hand at Pivotal, and would like to share how I’ve applied what I know about Agile/Lean software product development to the development of software product development capabilities within organizations.
