Most ideas never make it off the napkin. Ours went through 130+ prototypes, clinical trials on 30+ patients, and ended with a patent and a licensing deal + royalties. An exit.
In this session, you’ll learn how to take a raw concept through every stage of the product lifecycle. Design, validation, funding, and commercialization.
We’ll walk through using CAD and 3D printing to build functional prototypes, refining them through patient testing, and engineering them for injection molding and mass production.
You’ll see how we built the sales story. One-sheet, video, and marketing system and used targeted outreach to close a licensing deal with a major player in the medical field. Whether you’re in hardware, prototyping, or design, you’ll leave knowing how to turn an idea into a physical prototype and further into a market-ready asset that earns revenue and recognition.

Nikolaj Kloch
Nikolaj Kloch is a Former Boeing aerospace engineer turned entrepreneur who blends engineering precision with business execution. With degrees in Physics and Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech and the Technical University of Denmark, he has spearheaded multimillion-dollar programs at Boeing and helped design large-scale manufacturing systems for Ford Automotive at a local engineering firm. As co-founder of Gen3 Medical, he took a medical device from prototype to clinical trials, patent, and licensed acquisition—proving that physical innovation can be as agile as software. He built Thrivr Productions to learn marketing and videography, where he also helps global leaders and brands like speakers from AWS, Rolls-Royce, Google, and the NFL communicate ideas that move markets, combining storytelling with the rigor of engineering.
ProductCamp Atlanta is a collaborative, participant-organized professional unconference, focused on Product Management, Marketing and UX topics.
