What Are Buyers Here to Do? Building a Roadmap from Behavior

ProductCamp 2026, Session Proposals

We were about to rebuild product pages for a B2B platform that 50,000 businesses order through. Then the behavior data showed buyers skipping those pages. They came for documents, stock and price, and then they reordered. We cut the pages from the re-platform and moved reorder up. This session covers how we found that, and the simple scoring method we now use on incoming requests: who is affected, how much time it saves, how much effort it takes, and how confident we are in each input.
The first 15 minutes are the story and the method. The rest is open discussion: how your team decides what gets a slot, and what you would cut if you looked at behavior first.
