I want to introduce some concepts, considerations and framework around prioritization which can be applied to both product mgt disciplines as well as others. I want to share some thoughts from my experience in product mgt for over 8 years and 5 years in strategy/finance.
Then as the workshop format entails, I want to drive an engaging dialogue around pros and cons of different approaches and framework in different product settings, companies of different sizes and industries.
