Connecting AI to customer feedback, analytics, and internal tools is only the beginning. How do know whether it has enough context to support a good product decision?
In this interactive session, small groups will tackle the same fictional product challenge using different evidence: support tickets, usage data, or customer interviews. Each group will recommend the next step before discovering what others could see – and what everyone was missing.
Together, we will explore how incomplete context, selection bias, and our own assumptions shape both human and AI recommendations. You’ll leave with practical questions for evaluating evidence, spotting blind spots, and deciding what to investigate before committing to a roadmap.
No technical background required – just curiosity and a willingness to challenge your first conclusion.

Liz is a Senior Product Manager at ADP, focused on the benefits practitioner experience. Her path through technical support, implementation, and product management shapes her curiosity about what clients need, what the data reveals, and what teams might be missing. She explores practical uses of AI in product work, with a particular interest in the context and evidence behind its recommendations. She brings a hands-on perspective and a habit of asking, “What are we assuming”?
ProductCamp Atlanta is a collaborative, participant-organized professional unconference, focused on Product Management, Marketing and UX topics. What’s great is the variety of sessions that are offered by our attendees. You’ll have the option to select from several different sessions throughout the day.
