For products to fit the market and the needs of customers, there needs to be a complete loop on gaining details of usage, adoption, problems, issues and trends. Gaining this from existing customers is not as easy as it would seem. Having been in the capacity to work with customers for more than 15 years in the SaaS space, i have learned a trick or two. But what have others learned and what do they see that works or doesn’t work? I would welcome to lead a roundtable discussion, where each table/group works together to propose working concepts to drive more alignment between product management and the customer.
