I’ve made a lot of mistakes in my career and I’m sure you have too. Don’t you wish you had learned those lessons much earlier? I’d love to share some of these hard lessons learned and some tactics that I use as a model to help me in my day-to-day role.

Alex is currently a product coach at Kaiser Permanente he helps teams and leaders collaborate to build a product and member focused culture. In the past, he’s worked as a product management consultant at VMware Tanzu Labs (previously named Pivotal Labs) helping teams and organizations become more product focused. He just wants to help teams enjoy their jobs and solve real problems.
