Your priorities are more important than your roadmap. How are you communicating them?

ProductCamp 2025, Session Proposals

In this town hall session, I’m going to talk about why your priorities are more important than your roadmap, especially if you work on a complex product with lots of dependencies and/or you have lots of stakeholders. I’ll also share my experiences of widely socializing product priorities and all the magical things that started happening (like fewer meetings!) when I did. Then I’ll open it up to the room – I’d love to hear about your experiences with setting and sharing priorities – Have you tried this? Did it work for you?

Join us at ProductCamp Atlanta 2025 to vote on this session and dozens of others! The attendees will choose the agenda for the day, and can be part of it!
