The Product Manager’s Operating Model for the AI era

ProductCamp 2025, Session Proposals

The PM’s Operating Model for the AI Era: Stop Being the Bottleneck.

Want a harsh truth? Your engineering team just got 10x faster. But your product process? It’s stuck in the past. Andrew Ng said it: “Engineers are 10x faster. Product managers haven’t sped up at the same rate. Now they’re the bottleneck”.

The core issue isn’t building; it’s deciding what to build. Velocity without focused direction leads to chaos.

If you feel your team is wasting engineering time, struggling with feature churn, or waiting weeks on discovery , you need a fundamental reboot.

My new article introduces a systematic, 3-pillar framework to eliminate this bottleneck and achieve a true Execution Vector.

What you will get: An actionable new operating model that transforms your PM function, ensuring your team has the strategic clarity and decision velocity to match the pace of AI engineering.
