Product launches don’t have to feel like controlled chaos. Too often, teams juggle competing priorities, endless checklists, and last-minute scrambles that drain energy and momentum. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll discover how to bring order to the madness by mapping, streamlining, and automating your launch process. With practical frameworks and real-world examples, you’ll walk away with a clear, customizable workflow template that helps your team stay aligned and focused on impact—not fire drills.
Expected Outcomes:
By the end of this session, you will:
1. Map a product launch workflow from start to finish.
2. Spot repetitive tasks ripe for automation to save time and reduce mistakes.
3. Apply proven strategies to keep cross-functional teams in sync.
4. Leave with a ready-to-use workflow template to smooth out your next launch.
