This will be a presentation/workshop where I will deliver a system for creating repeatable feedback through a collaboration with customer support to hear the voice of the customer directly. Workshop activities include ticket grouping techniques, customer channel reviews, action planning, and metric setting for customer support informed product decisions.

With his MBA with a focus on Technology and Engineering Leadership from the College of William & Mary, he brings a wide perspective with a foundation in communication and business.

Passionate about empowering teams and creating customer-first products, Clayton’s mission is to elevate customer support as the truest voice of the customer — a perspective he’ll share in this workshop with practical strategies, lessons learned, and stories from the field.
