They ORIENT by stepping back to synthesize patterns and frame the real problem, avoiding the rush to solutions. They RECOMMEND multiple approaches using structured creativity techniques, exploring possibilities before committing. They ALIGN by working through disagreements to reach genuine commitment, not forced consensus.
