As a product manager, business systems analyst, and UX practitioner, Faith has been making B2B Saas and enterprise software better for 20+ years. She believes that software tools should come easily to hand so that the people using them feel confident, capable, creative, and comfortable. She is certified as a Usability Analyst, Product Owner, and Scrum Master, having trained with Agile pioneers Jeff Patton and Lowell Lindstrom. These days she is interested in climate, sustainability, and software’s carbon footprint.
