Frequently Asked Questions

ProductCamp is unlike other conferences you’ve been to! It’s entirely collaborative and comes together thanks to the participants. The event is entirely participant-driven, and the agenda is created by attendees, for attendees. Rather than pre-selected speakers and sessions, ProductCamp invites everyone to share ideas, propose topics, and vote on the sessions they most want to see on the day of the event.

If you’re considering leading a session, you’ll have the chance to pitch your topic to fellow attendees, and they’ll vote on which sessions make it to the agenda. This approach emphasizes collaboration, spontaneity, and real-time decision-making, creating an energetic, interactive environment where every voice matters. There’s no need for extensive preparation or formal slides—just a great idea and a willingness to share it with the community!

Below, you’ll find answers to frequently asked questions about leading a session at ProductCamp Atlanta. We’re here to support you, and our goal is to help make your experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

We’re expecting around 300 product management professionals, entrepreneurs, and other industry folks.

After the session topics are pitched, 14 will be voted into the day’s agenda.

The two highest voted sessions will become keynotes and there will be four rounds of three sessions each.

Once you submit your proposal, it’s accepted! All submitted sessions can be pitched and are eligible for voting on ProductCamp day. After your pitch, attendees will vote on their favorite sessions and you’ll find out if your full topic is selected after voting is complete.

You will have 30 seconds to pitch your session proposal in front of the entire ProductCamp audience.

After you pitch your session, ProductCamp attendees will vote for the sessions they find most interesting or valuable using text-message-based technology. Ensure your topic resonates with the audience and is easy to understand.
