Making Sense of Unstructured Data to Create Breakthrough Products

“Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work.” ~ Thomas Edison.

So how do you identify the next best product? You have to look beyond the obvious and learn how to see powerful insights that lay within unstructured data.

So, what is unstructured data? Typically it involves qualitative and behavioral data. Images, emotions, aspirations, projectives and open ended comments are a few unstructured qualitative data types. Navigation paths, body language, social interaction, clicks and time spent on different parts of a product are examples of unstructured behavioral data.

In this hands-on workshop you’ll learn how to design a study, gather inputs, analyze and present findings from unstructured data.
