This session will detail the steps product managers can take when their product has fallen behind technologically to get them back in a competitive position buying them time to plan for real innovation.
Presenter Bio:
Steve has been in Atlanta and product management for almost 30 years. He is comfortable leading a large team, as well acting as a sole contributor. Most recently, Steve has been the CTO of Bluechip Athletic Solutions. Steve was born and raised in Jacksonville, FL and received his bachelors degree from the University of Florida. Soon Florida, Steve and his wife moved to Charlotte where he worked and received his MBA from UNC Charlotte. Steve has been married to Rena for 33 years. They have two children, aged 28 and 24.
