Session Title: The Four “W”s or How To Train Your CEO

Description: Product Managers often struggle to get CEOs to grok how vital the product management discipline is. This short presentation walks through a specific case study of how Product Managers can use four simple questions to improve their products’ revenue generation, improve sales effectiveness, AND get the CEO to see that they had something to do with it.

Mark is a 15-year veteran of Product Management in the Atlanta Technology Community, having worked at Internet Security Systems, EzGov, Inc., Cambia Security, and, most recently, nCircle, Inc. Right now, Mark is researching his next career move — is it a small company, an established business, or his own start up?
