Title: Sorting Things Out under Pressure
Session Leader: Rick Thomas
Format: Town Hall
Abstract: Sometimes it’s clear when a feature or task is needed, or not. More often, priorities conflict, relations are unknown, and predictions vary widely. What is your strategy for sorting out the complex constraints into a linear decision process?
Session Leader Bio: I’m the kind of person who’s good at cleaning out a packed garage because I can see the steps and priorities in the situation. It’s unlikely you’ll get me to clean out your garage, but I might help with business planning or software architecture.
