Abstract:We are developing digital products and experiences in an age of innovation and flux. As the consumer is gaining more command over our brands and products, digital channel innovations and advancements set the stage for more integrated and immersive customer experiences. Creating product and marketing roadmaps requires an understanding of where digital is taking us and asking the question: how will consumers surprise us this year?
