Proposed Session:

Category: Positioning & Messaging

Session Title: Persona Mad Lib Workshop!

Description: The overall objective of this session is to provide an overview of the persona process our organization successfully completed this year including a variety of validation points (Market Research, Client Feedback, Group Interviews, and Surveys.)  The session will begin with a brief introduction and lead into an icebreaker intended to break the larger group into smaller working groups.  The workshop component of the session will then focus on developing Buyer & User personas of a fictitious software product through an interactive “Mad Lib” workshop.  Buyer personas increase software sales and User personas increase software quality.    At the completion of this workshop, participants will be prepared to research and develop their Buyer and User personas through a variety of research and interactive sessions.
