Proposed Session:
Session Title: Marketplace Analysis: the foundation of your marketing plan
Description: Marketing decisions will be made, and marketing actions will be taken for your product in the coming months. When they are, will you have a marketing plan guiding you?
With over 20 years of marketing experience, I have managed marketing at start-ups as well as large companies including IBM, Microsoft, and NCR, and I know that marketing plans are broadly desired but not well understood. I would like to remedy that—at least for my session’s attendees.
While I typically spend 60-80 hours on a marketing plan, and 20-40 of those on marketplace analysis alone, we will condense our analyses to a supercharged, 60-minute workshop. I believe, with guidance (and minimum bathroom breaks), we can get through the core concepts of analyzing your buyers, competitors, and market trends and give you a solid start for your marketing plan.
Join me for “Marketplace Analysis: the foundation of your marketing plan,” and you will leave with an understanding of your market that will be invaluable in evaluating your own product and organization, and crafting your strategy for winning.
