Session Title: Innovative Products That Sell
Description: Create an internal innovation program and develop products that are relevant to bring to the market. The goal of this session is to look at the 3 components that make a product win: urgency, pervasiveness, and willingness to pay. As well as how to implement innovation programs within your company. We will look at some CareerBuilder best practices as well as open discussion to other members and how they create innovation within their company. We will also discuss how customer listening sessions, customer visits, and discovering market problems can help make give your products an edge. Lastly, we will spend some time looking at analytics and product road mapping as a tool to back your product innovation.

Natalie Cekan has over 10 years of experience in the recruitment industry and has held several roles in training and development, project management, and product development. She has conducted business in over 17 countries across North America, Caribbean, Europe, and Asia. Natalie currently supports the US CareerBuilder.com business representing over 780 million in revenue as the Sr. Product Development Manager. Natalie received her Bachelor’s from Oglethorpe University and her MBA from University of Maryland – UC.
