Session Title: If they are all high priorities, which one do I tackle first?

Description: Although the project management space is extremely saturated to date, every offering may be missing the most important ingredient of all.

When they allow you to rate/tag the priorities with numbers or descriptions (i.e. high, medium, low), you or your team often end up with a ton of really high priorities. Is that really prioritizing? Did you really clarify much at all? That’s where rankings come in.
